The long sleeve Davis Kimono in Charcoal gray is a sumptuous matte silk chiffon with a slight sheerness to it. It is one of my favorite silk fabrics because I love the way the dark color has a lightness within it. The softness of this delicate silk is so enticing...to the one who wears it and to who has the privilege and pleasure of touching the one who wears it ;) It's light and airy and perfect for summer night strolls in the garden of your dreams. Surround yourself in feelings that make you fall in love with everything and everyone. Life goals ;)
![]() This is the Davis Kimono in a new long-sleeve version versus the sleeveless vest version I had done a few years back. The color is a super soft dove gray/sandstone in a slightly textured crepe-de-chine silk. It comes in 3 other colors. See SHOP link here. The matte fabric has a strong drape and is so easy to style. I have paired it with a very light colored pastel pink maxi length spaghetti strap dress (to the ankles) and have played with using the belt it comes with as a neck scarf and using a thin black braided belt around my waist. To anchor the look and make more cool than sweet- as soft and pastel colors tend to come across that way- I chose a pair of black ankle boots with a round toe and heel. I love this look because it is super simple and very casual and comfortable. Ease and Comfort = chic. The Davis Kimono was named after my stylish mom’s last name. Her style preference was always about elegant silk separates in understated neutral colors, she is my favorite muse. Gold box chain necklace Mara jewelry.
