The Sueded Kimono is a 3 part Ultra-Suede (vegan suede) group. I love the supple beauty of this faux suede and how it drapes in such a slinky way on the body- meaning it has weight to the fabric and lends well worn as a jacket duster type of Kimono coat hybrid. The fist of this series is the Farrah Kimono in Black with an attached collar with fringe. The fringe has an ombre dusty rose to gray and black gradient color scheme. I love styling muted colors in a unisex way- there is something incredible soothing and cool about masculine pieces together and then adding a few accessories to make it a little sexy and feminine- like the ankle boot with a small heel and of course, I live in my jewelry- which doesn't take most of it off- simply add more pieces for layering. Again,as I have mentioned in many posts- effortless dressing is about simplicity and not over styling or thinking anything has to be perfect. If you do that- you miss the point and the outfit can feel too stylized... which is fine perhaps for an editorial or runway or wildcat party- yes...but for real life- less is more. And I love borrowing things from the boys anyways. This military jumpsuit feels very Top Gun aviator. My preference towards the love revolution this world is currently transmuting into ;)
